Ingredients

  • For the Steak and Shrimp:
  • 1 ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Pasta:
  • 8 oz linguine or fettuccine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For Garnish:
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Method

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Steak: Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak to your desired doneness. Set aside to rest.
  3. Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and tender.
  4. Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, then stir in cream and Parmesan cheese. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss with cooked pasta.
  5. Assemble the Dish: Plate the pasta, place the steak on top, and arrange shrimp around the steak. Garnish with fresh parsley.
