Cracked Crab Cheese Bread
Excellent side dish for dinner or with guests!

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz canned crab meat
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced and hollowed
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, Colby Jack, and mozzarella until smooth.
- Gently fold in crab meat.
- Place hollowed French bread on the baking sheet.
- Fill the bread with the crab mixture and sprinkle extra cheese on top.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and bread is golden.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve.
