Ingredients

  • 1 lb. linguine or noodles/pasta of choice, cooked al dente
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Method

  1. Melt Butter: In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add Garlic: Toss in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add Noodles: Add the cooked noodles and stir to combine with the garlic and butter.
  4. Incorporate Sauces: Stir in the sugar, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Toss to coat the noodles evenly.
  5. Season: Add salt and pepper to taste, continuing to stir.
  6. Drizzle with Sesame Oil: Remove from heat and drizzle the sesame oil over the noodles.
  7. Garnish: Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot with hibachi-style meats and veggies.
