Chicken Fried Steak with Gravy

Ingredients
- 4 cube steaks
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
- Salt & pepper
- 2 eggs + ΒΌ cup milk
- Oil for frying
- Gravy: 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp flour, 2 cups milk, salt & pepper
Method
- Mix flour & seasonings in one dish; whisk eggs & milk in another.
- Coat steaks in flour, dip in egg, coat in flour again.
- Fry in hot oil 4β5 min/side; drain.
- For gravy: melt butter, whisk in flour, cook 1β2 min. Add milk slowly, whisk until thick. Season.
- Serve steaks with gravy.
