Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (½ inch thick)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

  1. Combine Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Rub pork chops with olive oil.
  3. Coat each pork chop thoroughly with the cheese and bread crumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  4. Line a baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Place pork chops on pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm.
